Breaking News: Ecostar are in the Finals at the 2022 G-Awards
Nominated for two Awards
We are delighted to announce that Ecostar has made it to the finals of the 2022 G-Awards for the Showcase, Fabricator of the Year and the Training and Development Initiative of the Year categories.
Ecostar won Fabricator of the Year in 2021. We entered the category for 2022 due to the increasing strength of our operational efficiencies. This allowed us to hold prices for six months, starting from February this year.
The Ecostar Fabricator of the Year entry also highlighted our new smart complaints procedure. This enabled us to streamline and digitise customer complaints, returns and re-ordering processes, making for a more seamless and hassle-free experience.
Ecostar have also furthered our sustainability agenda. We made a major upgrade to our vehicle fleet by switching to lower emission engines, another big step in our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
Fabricator of the Year is a hotly contested category, and we are in good company. Several exceptional fabrication businesses have been nominated, and we are proud to be in the running. We’ll keep our fingers crossed and hope to repeat our success for the second year in a row.
Ecostar has also been nominated for the Training and Development Initiative of the Year. This entry emphasised our company-wide training and development programs. Our efforts in developing our staff were a big success and couldn’t have happened without our employees embracing the opportunity. This underpinned our operational gains in the past year and gave us the foundation to provide exceptional customer service.
We are delighted that our hard work and commitment are being recognised. Our staff have done a magnificent job and just being nominated is a great honour. The ceremony takes place in London, England, on 22nd November, and we’ll be hoping for victory on the night.
